Now that sounds fun
What's your purpose now? And how do you plan to fill your days?

My purpose is to live life the way I wanted, not what the corporate wants me to.

Ok but do you have a positive vision for the future?

Maybe. Or I just live without one

Your last post two months ago sounded a lot more optimist

I don’t remember what I have posted 2 months ago, but it’s awakening to be reminded how things has gone worse off for me. I don’t want to be the victim but my line manager has done a few things to make work extremely difficult to me, including giving me a bad rating and blame me for not doing my job while I have got positive feedback from my business stakeholders (I am a business partner supporting a big group function which is substantial in size). That the major reason of my burnout. I have always been responsible to what I do, and something enjoy my work challenges, but not this kind of behavior which is borderline bullying. I guess I need to recover and find my positivity back.

Here you go
Don't take it to heart, you can just walk away
What's the point in getting mad at line managers once you've already won

Your comment made me cry! Thank you for reminding me what is the most important elements in life, definitely not other peoples comments with bad intention.

Just curious, whats your number and how do you have you portfolio setup for fire? And will you fire in Switzerland or abroad? What swr do you sue? And congrats

My number is 3m for 1 person, 5 for family excl main residence. My portfolio is very boring and simple, besides pension, I have real estate generating rent, and broker account mostly ETF. I am not withdrawing for 5-10 years as my partner will continue working and cover most expense.

But you said you already FIRE so you're at 3m or 5m? And you're 1 person or family? Its not clear

I have family and 1 child. Solo I have nw 3m and incl my husband we are around 5 depending on if residence counted or not. So from numbers perspective I’m at my fire figure but my husband enjoys working and will continue so no withdraw expected for the next 5-10 years

Congratulations! My wife and I both FIREd at 40 to spend more time with our 1 year old and it was as good as we hoped.
I had planned to go back to work eventually but once you experience full freedom over your days it was impossible to imagine dealing with the corporate world again.
