That’s funny, I moved from the North to Georgia, and miss White Castles.
Nostalgia for things from home probably play a big part. Had Krystal’s a few times here, but it always tastes like a worse imitation of white castles to me. I’d rather eat Southern originals like Bojangles or Popeyes if I’m goin for fast food in Georgia.
As long as I'm not looking for okra or grits done right, my options for cuisine are limitless.
BTW, I was practically born in Tennessee. My father was stationed in Ft. Campbell, Ky so I was born in Blanchfield Memoorial but went home to Clarkesville, Tn within hours. I remember trips to Opryland as a child.

Never had White Castle, they don’t exist in my state. They seem like a “hate it or you love it” type chain though.
