Redesigns i made a new pride flag specifically for pride month!

I really don't like how all the "inclusive" pride flags get less and less inclusive and more and more ugly the more you try to add a bit of everyone's flag, so i made a new one just like the 6-stripe general one, but with a twist because i like the triangle-thingy (I forget what it's called)

I call it... The True Inclusivity Pride Flag

also happy pride month y'all! (second image unrelated)

Redesigns My New Zealand Flag Redesign

Post image

This design is not super original at all but based on looking through as much old redesigns as I could, it doesn’t rip anything off.

It seemed like the biggest needs with a New Zealand flag redesign were that 1. They didn’t want their flag to keep looking very similar to Australia’s. 2. A lot of people did not want to get rid of the Union Jack.

The fern was a very obvious replacement for the southern cross.

THE LORE:

In this timeline, after the end of WW1 and the start of the Russian Revolution / Russian Civil War, A more radical Juche faction and Juche movement led by Mikhail Rodionov were to exist and won over the Bolsheviks and the White Army, and Russia is the first established and founded Juche–stratocratic, benelovent, authoritarian, militaristic and civic dictatorship before Korea was split between North Korea and South Korea until the Cold War after post–WW2.

MashMonday Am I the only one who still obsessed, like or preferred the previous flag of Libya?

The current flag is okay but the design is very common. You know, the tricolor plus the Crescent moon with a star is very normal especially for Islamic countries. Meanwhile, the Gaddafi flag is very interesting for having a single color without any subject or coat of arms which is not typical for national flags. If Libya decided not to change that flag it will be one of the most controversial flag. Iconic maybe.

We can fan fic a scenario where Thessaloniki is the capital, Macedonian dynasties in the North achieve greater success versus the Romans etc and we get to a modern Hellenic state with a religion pagan like Hinduism ,but with the European and Hellenic influences. Abrahamic influences would propably still apply...

Current Day 28 of posting flags of municipalities: Cullman

Post image

The flag of Cullman, Alabama features a white field with a black border, centered by a yellow and black seal. The seal displays an image of the city founder, Colonel Johann Gottfried Cullmann, with the year 1873 below his portrait. The text "City of Cullman" is prominently displayed below the seal, along with the city slogan, "A City of Character" below the text.

OC Can the Internet even have a flag?

I've seen countless attempts over the years to design a "Flag of the Internet".

Some are based on network topology, some on connectivity, some on digital culture, and some are simply beautiful flag designs.

But I've started wondering whether the Internet is even the kind of thing that can be represented by a traditional flag.

Countries have territory.

Cities have geography.

Organizations have members.

The Internet is different. It's constantly changing, has no borders, no central authority, and billions of people use it for completely different reasons.

If the Internet were ever to have a flag, what should it actually represent?

The technology?

The people?

The idea of connection?

The history of the web?

Something else entirely?

I'm curious how people here think about it, especially since r/vexillology has probably seen more Internet flag concepts than any other community.
