Found this flag cut out sticker in the small German town of Irrel. Can someone identify this flag?

this is definitely white supremacist shit. the horizontal lines are clearly to represent the flag of germany, and the other lines are scaled from white to black. its using the same style as recent LGBTQIA + flags of which the non-horizontal lines are supposed to indicate progress forward. the message seems to be that germany can only progress forward only under the guidance of straight white men. also, the flag is clearly attempting to cover up an anti-fascism message which clearly tells us that these assholes are fascist
