And she's a German nationalist who...lives in Switzerland. She reacts quite peculiar if asked about it and specifically when it comes to the tax aspect of her living situation.

The AfD would love if Germany was run exactly like Switzerland. It's sort of the ideal that they want Germany to become like. Lower taxes, less social benefits, particularly for foreigners, innovative industry. As a AfD voter myself I also don't have a problem with foreigners per se, only those who don't work and come here to receive social benefits while mocking Germans that go to work and pay taxes.
