Looking to build a new pc!

I built my first pc last year, (around august 20th when it was finally put together and running,) and it's been a pretty good one. It was EXPENSIVE though, costed me $4500 to put together a fairly low-end pc to play games on. (Current pc specs are cpu: Ryzen 7 9800X3D, motherboard: Msi Mag B850-P pro wifi, gpu: Gigabyte Radeon RX 9060XT 8gb, Ram: Crucial pro 32gb ddr5 5600, and a corsair 1000e power supply.) I've enjoyed this pc, but it has its limitations and moments where I have a few more issues than I'd like. None of the build in the link is set in stone, I might honestly change some of it to reduce the price a little and/or make the pc better. But my purpose here to is to get your opinions on the build I have in the link. I'm actually a happier with this new setup in the link, I did some more research and put the pieces together on my own. I'm also not making the mistake of listening to the friend that suggested and recommended the parts that I used for my current pc. What do you all think? Have I done better, or are there some things I could change to make it better?

Beginner PC Build $3000 budget

Trying to build a PC for the first time mostly for gaming but also for training some models in my free time. I choose the CPU, motherboard, and memory based on a deal locally which allows me to get them for around $700. Any advice or replacement suggestions to make this cheaper or run better would be much appreciated. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jRpv3R

Need help building a rig for a friend. Claims budget of 1k-3k.

Okay, so he sent me a build that was 1199.

https://www.microcenter.com/product/708800/powerspec-g533-gaming-pc

It has a 9060 XT which seems solid, but I think if we go up to even his midpoint he can get something much better.

Where would you guys spend the extra budget if it was a 2k vs a 3k build? 1440 max settings with ability to keep it for a few years without having to upgarde is a requirement.

Thanks in advance!

Help with build parts

Hey guys, I’m finalizing my pc build list.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DxWLsK

Is there a specific part I need to worry about?

I get warning that I might need to update BIOS, I guess it’s a straight up process in case it doesn’t work straight out the box.

Thanks for all assistance in advance, really means a lot!

Currently finalizing a PC build that I've been refining for a while. Is there anything that I should consider or be worried about when looking to move forward with this build? I will use the PC mostly for editing and 3D work in Davinci Resolve and Blender.

Seeking advice: research build

Hi,

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/KjTrDw

From UK. Currency-£

Budget: \~£6000 as in the PC part picker and cheaper if possible.

I am hoping to make this build for developing VR based stress paradigms for mental health research and EEG- MRI analysis at a later stage. Any Ideas on what can be improved and if I can cut costs somewhere. I don't care about aesthetics, the focus is on performance.

Also is there a cheaper mesh or metal alternative for O11 dynamic Evo (RGB version) which is cheaper and has better airflow? It is perfectly fine if the case doesn't have tempered glass and is metal or mesh instead as long as it doesn't allow dust to enter and has superior cooling to the selected case.also should have 420mm radiator space at top for AIO cooler.( I have decided on the 420 mm version of ARCTIC Liquid Freezer pro III. the model I found of O11 dynamic evo on amazon for ~139£ is the RGB version which seems to have space to accommodate the 420mm . It is this version of the case that is not listed on the pc part picker hence i can't put the 420mm AIO on the part listing so a 360mm is listed insted.)

My current plan for the fan placement is:

Top: 420mm AIO radiator (exhaust)

Bottom: 3x140mm (intake)

Side: 360mm gpu lC radiator (intake)

Rear: 1x 120mm (exhaust)

This will be from my savings as I am still working to get research funds.I plan to get the setup without the GPU and then save and buy the GPU eventually.

Thank you for your kind advice.

Regards

I’m new to this subreddit but I made this build today I’m looking to getting the hardware in the next week or two, I want to know if it’s good, if I’m missing anything, if anything could be saved price wise and I didn’t look hard enough, etc. be very ornery about it lol I want this to be as good as I can get it to be. The vibe of the build was all white though because I have the ability to spend that little extra for the aesthetic and I think it looks cool.

What to ugrade for best preformance

Hello so I'm looking to upgrade my pc, my main game I play is apex legends and i also stream too keep that in mind. Im trying to get a stable 240fps at 1440p and from what i know i should probably upgrade my cpu as apex legends is a major CPU intensive game. These are my specs: PC SPECS. Was wondering what a good cpu would be to really futureproof and go good with my gpu and if i should upgrade anything else?

Any feedback or tips?

Hey guys, this is my first time here and I would really appreciate some feedback. This will be my first time building a computer. The cost came to a total of $2110.5

I wanted this computer mainly to replace my 6-year-old computer, and I intend to use as a Gaming/Cloud and coding computer. I chose 2 sticks of SSD because I want to Dual Boot between a Linux base use for everyday use, and another distro for Cloud and coding.

I took some tips before and the RAM sticks (Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB DDR5-6000 Kit) /Motherboard (Gigabyte B850 Gaming X WiFi6E AM5) /CPU (AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D) I will buy from Microcenter.

Do you guys have any extra tips on what to do, what to buy and what to change? Thanks a bunch.
