TUS or UL for Cybersecurity

It's been on my mind for a while whether to go to TUS or UL to do cybersecurity. It always interested me but I've heard UL is very difficult in terms of lecture work and what not. What would be the pros and cons of both to anyone who has done either CS or even better, cybersecurity in either of the colleges.

CS job market is cooked right now, I've graduated from TUS in a CS course last year and haven't found a job yet and so have a fairly big chunk of other students in other CS courses in TUS. If you could I would avoid doing any cs related courses unless this is something you really want to do.

It's the only thing I am somewhat decent at already and had a huge interest since I was young. In my point of view, I would like to gain the knowledge rather than the bachelors degree. If I can't get a job from it immediately, oh well at least I have a proficiency in something I can use and work on from home.
