Clementine

Just ate one was very good. Only 8-9g of carbs for a one off bit of fruit.
What other fruits do people enjoy here or find ways/ portion control to fit them in? Occasionally I’ll have a kiwi or split one over 2 days or half a small banana over a couple of days.

Blueberries with Greek yoghurt for a dessert sometimes.

I have half a granny smiths with peanut butter, it's 10g carbs but it's worth it, put a bit of lemon juice on the other half and it stays ok in the fridge for a couple of days. I had half a clem the other day, my bloke was complaining that it wasn't sweet enough, so I tried it, so sweet and orangy, I will also have a plum, or some cherries when in season, but not many, I think I appreciate it much more than I used to, I used to eat tonnes of fruit, years of WW and SW with fruit being "free"

I fully get this. It’s weird how different diets can look isn’t it.

Rhubarb is great and really low carb. I stew it with sweetener and have it with yoghurt.

I'm so used to low carbing that rhubarb tastes sweet to me 😂

I'm in maintenance so I'm probably a bit more liberal than most. Frozen raspberries or blueberries stirred into Greek yogurt every night, and a couple of daily dates. I have figs occasionally too. This summer I'd like to have peaches/ nectarines...maybe cherries. I need to be careful though as its just me here!
