S9 troubleshooting

My S9 is doing this after opening up an cleaning up the brew group.

Puno is not running, and the brew group gears tunr easily when turning by hand.

Anything else I can check?

I hear spinning and what sounds like plastic on plastic, so I’m thinking that the little drive gear that drives the rail gear is not making good contact. You can see the rail gear not moving in your video. I’ve had this happen to me when I put a screw back in the wrong hole and not push the brew group assembly in far enough. It was touching but not gripping. The noise really pissed off my dogs.

Thank you sir, took me a couple of tries to ensure it's in there, now it's back at it and working again!

Thanks. Lemme try again with that portion, I've tried to move it by hand and it spins very easily along with the brew group, maybe I need to get it sorted more. Thank you!
