It means exactly that. With one controller you can stay in Lantia as long as you have Power and O2 for the suit. With the other, you can stay there but someone or something won't let you do it for long. It is best to discover it in-game.
Oh ok. So the ones that let you stay in Lantia as long as you can with power, can you leave whenever you want by just jumping back through the portal right?
Exactly. You can stay while the orb/link is enabled and even after the orb/link is closed. You will only be able to return if someone in Athena-3 reopens the portal, but until that happens, you can tour Lantia (which on the other hand has Oxygen and Batteries loot for the suit).
Ah ok, good to know. Thanks for answering and above all else, for taking the time to put these infographics together! This info has been kinda hard to track down if you’re not someone who is already in-the-know, so I really appreciate having this infographic and questions answered so I know what exactly to do and get in order to accomplish going to Lantia. I have a feeling I know what the “thing” you mentioned is that prevents you from staying too long, and I’m excited to see first-hand if I’m right!
