Do you need both o2 and a battery to get the visor down and use NVG's/APSI? I've got a battery in, but none of the keybinds for the visor work, only the flashlight keybind

For the Flashlight / NVG / APSI you only need the battery.

  • Put the visor down/up by tapping K (Check your keybinds, mabye you have some customized key assigned due an overlap.
  • Hold L to activate the NVG
  • Tap L to activate the flashlight

Ended up figuring it out. Turns out the visor can't go down if you have a balaclava on
