What is your experience or opinions on Sumner Road South (cr0 3ly) & the surrounding area? i feel this is one of the most neglected and anti social areas in Croydon.

Bins lining the roads, abandoned smashed vehicles on every street, mopeds/motorbikes on the pavements, Euston road has fly tips from top to bottom, illegal parking on pavements and dropped kerbs.. I feel this area is completely forgotten.

Yeah its shit lol, most neglected is maybe a bit extreme but its not a nice area. The housing stock there is not great so its unlikely to change anytime soon.
