Blue Bloods is an amazing show, but nothing will ever top the first season.
The story arc with Joe and the crooked cops was extremely entertaining.

I’m on my first rewatch in years and I finally came across an episode that I forgot how much I hated.
Season 5 Episode 4: Excessive Force
When Danny is charged with using excessive force, Frank must decide whether to stand up for his son or for the reputation of his police force. Meanwhile, Jamie hits it off with a beautiful doctor after bringing a homeless man into the hospital, and Eddie can't hide her jealousy.
It’s always because of Potter. I can tolerate him on his one or two episodes a season, but this episode just pisses me off for some reason. Between his blatant interference with the investigation and his “I Hate The Reagan’s” attitude, I just want to bash my head against the wall. Only reason I’m not skipping it this time is because I am doing a full rewatch because I never saw Season 14 and want to watch the entire series from start to finish.
Any episodes yall skip during your rewatches? Alternatively, are there any episodes that you just refuse to skip or get excited for during your rewatches?

I really wanted to go to visit this house. I started watching Blue Bloods five years ago and I got addicted so visiting this home was one of my goals. Christmas 24 was my opportunity to go to NYC, so I immediately thought about the house. Beautiful home, I wish it was mine!! Looks so cozy from the outside, I need an inside tour lol.

For a bit of context, Erin was in a car accident earlier in this episode.

Rewatching Season 2 and loving the olden days when Jackie and Mayor Poole were around, Jamie was still a rookie with Renzulli, whom I think was a great character.
Just finished the Thanksgiving episode when Pop has a heart attack and Frank showed real emotion and vulnerability…and cleared Renzulli’s gambling debts?
I feel like there was more strength in the force, especially when other members of the force were in scenes, like captains, etc.
Shoutout to the early seasons!

I've been watching Blue Bloods and i noticed something. Frank Reagan often refers to moore and gormley by their first names but always seems to refer to Baker as Baker instead of her first name. Anybody know why that is?

Fair warning: one of the guys gets pretty close to SA'ing Eddie if you haven't already seen the episode

Actor 1: “You know i wouldn’t wish my job on anybody but if you were so inclined…..” actor 2: “I’m not so inclined”
lol a good scene if you ask me.

There is an episode where Danny and the perp are in an alleyway and they get shot at. The perp looks like they are leaving and Danny says something along the lines of “They’re gone… NO THEY’RE NOT.” in the thickest Boston accent and it makes me laugh. 😂 I remember the guy Danny was with being a celebrity I liked but I can’t remember who it is. Does anyone know this episode?

I will not be watching season2 of Boston blue I’ll stay loyal to blue bloods but I love Danny he still the best just that Sean and his partner are spoiled and privileged have no police vibe the sisters are a joke at least on blue bloods the Regan’s did argue and stood by there choices my opinion
