Nothing. If you don't know why it's there then we don't want to attach random stuff

Do you want to actually troubleshoot this? I'm down

So, you made this post

https://www.reddit.com/r/UnemploymentWA/comments/1ht3bo8/start_unemployment_again/

But you also never responded to that person so we don't know if you restarted the claim and you already used the jobs separation to restart the claim, or if you actually did wait and make a new claim

So can we just start with that

Did you restart the old claim or did you wait and file a new claim?

If this is a new claim then I need the information from the initial eligibility troubleshooter

The date that you applied

The title of open eligibility issues, assuming that there may be others other than missing employer information, I really don't know that's the only one that you posted about

And job separation type

We are probably going to have a conversation about monetary eligibility and I'm going to ask you to look at the chart on page 2 of your monetary determination letter, where I'm going to bet... We're going to find that it's missing wage data and then we're going to have a conversation about the redetermination post. Which is in the link, click here. It's pretty obvious honestly. And if you need to be walk through that then that's okay too

Otherwise if it's not monetary determination then what happens is people are filing the initial claim and they don't understand what they're looking at and when they're shown what employers ESD has on file they dispute that they worked for an employer because they don't understand what they're doing; most often they think that they are filing a claim only against a single employer and so they dispute everyone else on the list, or they just simply don't recognize the name of their employer and then they start a dispute which then result in this case title

Sorry about that, I did started a new claim. I applied on January 12th.

And the incomplete employer information is the only thing that it shows.

My separation job it’s laid off, the company that I was working with moved to Utah.

And well there’s nothing missing on that part actually, so I don’t know… I’m sorry

So there's nothing missing on page 2 of the monetary determination? Everything is perfectly correct?

Okay then we need to look at what you did when you filed the claim, as I described.

Go into your online activity tab

This is in descending chronological order so the newest stuff is on top. We need to look at initial claim filing

That's the application for unemployment.

Clickview submission

Click the back button

Go to the part where it lists employers and see if you accidentally disputed One of the employers

Yes every is correct.

I did click did not work for one of them, because I worked for that employer but on 2023 but not last year

And was there somehow wage data on page 2 of your monetary determination from that employer?

Well, now that you mentioned that yes it does

So do you really think that they paid you when you didn't work for them or maybe there was a commission paid late or a bonus that maybe you know it's just been so long you don't remember and you just disputed something that is legitimate? I mean how much is it?

I'm right now on the way to pick up my kid from school so I cannot Google things for you but, this is handled by department within ESD called the office of special investigations, the number one thing that they handle that most people interact with is identity verification. And identity verification guidance is in the click here link. Can you please click on that link. Click on identity verification. Step two has the phone number for OSI if you don't want to Google it. This is assuming that you need to call them and tell them that an employer is reporting payments where you didn't actually earn anything and you weren't paid anything and see if they need you to send them a tax return or something but I have a feeling that it's just a bonus or a commission and frankly it's been a long time and you don't remember and it's legitimate and you accidentally disputed correct wage data which happens about 98% of the time.

I’ll be honest I don’t remember, that was way back 2023 and I honestly don’t remember
