Discussion Printer showing up as a camera in Protect

Post image

Any idea why an HP printer would be showing up in Protect as a camera?

Just turn off “Discover third party cameras” after you are done adding all your cameras. This setting doesn’t need to be on once they are adopted.

I wouldn't put it past HP if there was a camera that sent your facial expressions to a server to analyze how frustrated you are so the printer can adjust what error message it throws.

User seems miffed: Jam in Tray2.
User has cleared jam and is now angry: Replace Cyan to continue.
