ISO Roomates or room in St. Louis Park/ Uptown

Hi, I'm a 28 year old female young professional, and I want to pay off my student loans so I'm looking for a room or roomates. Ideally, I want to keep my rent under 1,200 a month, but even better if it's under 1,000. I'd love a garage to park in if possible. I have a cat, he's neutered and 8 years old. He's technically an ESA, but I really don't mind paying a pet fee. I don't care about gender of my roomates, as long as they're respectful. It would be super cool to make more friends here too, as I am a transplant, but I have been here for about 2 years. My Current lease ends at the end of July, so I'd love to start moving Mid-July if Possible. Please DM me if you're interested.
