Grand Mill District apartments?

Moving to the glorious Twin Cities from out of state. Looking for high walkability to plenty of goods and services, restaurants and bars.

I looked at a 2 bed/2 bath unit in the a Grand Mill District apartments, 313 Washington Ave S, and liked it. Now I'm hoping some of you good people with experience living there could weigh in on whether the building is well-run. Managed by Weidner, if that helps.

Also looking for the same feedback on Ironclad Apartments, 811 Washington Ave S.
