NE Mpls

I am looking for a duplex / townhouse in northeast Mpls area for rent starting July, my budget is ~1600 and looking for 2 bedroom:) thanks in advance:)

Do not rent from Matcom. They’re located in NE.

I'm ending my lease at a place on 8th Ave NE available starting June, but they might be open to a July lease - Starmax should have it listed on their website or on Zillow. Bottom floor duplex / 2 bedrooms. I bought a place otherwise I'd be staying!
