General Job Blues

I'm 68 fairly new to the area, I'm having no luck finding a job part time minimum 4 hours. No luck at GW or Walmart either. It's tough for us Seniors.🙂‍↔️

My husband (29) has been having a very hard time finding any jobs too.

I'm going to the resource center today and I'll check into desert diamond jobs.

Have you checked with any of the rec centres in Sun City or Sun City West? A lot of positions are volunteer but I’ve seen some part time paid positions pop up from time to time

Seriously? Might be a time of year thing. Come snow bird season most restaurants and retail will be desperate for you to work

My grandma (89) is looking for a woman who wants to work part time helping take her to appointments, doing her laundry, maybe some other odd jobs around the house. She is still fairly independent, she just doesn’t drive and has a hard time hearing at doctor’s appt and doesn’t like to walk up the stairs for laundry. We are in Litchfield Park.

Oh this sounds great, unfortunately my car battery died and I have no funds to get a new one till the 3rd of August, I sell on eBay so if I get something sold then I'll get battery, I'll and stay in touch thru here.
