We're visiting Prague next month and really like to run through any cities we stay in.

From what I've read about Old Town, which is where we're staying, we'd be best getting a tram somewhere else but we don't want to piss locals off any more than two Brits attempting to speak Czech will do already.

Also looking for gluten free food, for after the aforementioned runs.

There’s my Friend who runs an Indian style cafe there, he has some of my belongings (clothes only) so I wanted to ask for a favour, if you could help me bring it here to India…
