Help Am I using conqueror wrong?

Everytime I look up to my runes damage my conqueror is 150 or 200 healing, I know that it gives adaptive force but in a 40 min game and only 200 healing it feels useless, I try to aa as much as possible as well

conq is not a healing rune, is a dmg rune that sadly only has a healing counter, riot endstep has explained that very little of the power budget of the rune is on the healing

OK, I'm just checking with other players,is 200 healing in a 40 min game OK or am doing it wrong

Shouldn't look at healing really. Only champs that can get 3k+ healing are giga durable juggernauts. Others use it solely for adapative power.
