Dont say No.
Dont say "No", instead say: As a result of a thorough contemplation of your kindly given offer, I have come to find that mine current focuses do not, in fact, align with such a preposterous inquiry, and in such the result is a definitive and final negative answer.

It's best to not speak the word "No." As an alternative, you could instead say, "Having given a thorough contemplation of the offer which you so kindly offered to me, as a natural result, I find myself arriving at the unshakeable realization that the foci that are currently capturing my attention do not, as a matter of fact, entirely align with an inquiry the which might truly be viewed as preposterous, and as a consequence of this realization, the result can only be a definitive and irreversibly final answer that is unfortunately non-positive."
