* Disclaimer: I'm aware House is not meant to be a realistic portrayal of hospitals and medical doctors. This discussion is mostly about "in universe" settings, and doesn't need to be applied to real life.

House's team has one case, every week or two? That's a LOT of time for a team of 4-5 doctors to treat ONE patient.

- The doctors literally have nothing to do between cases. House's department doesn't seem to have other work, although House himself gets clinic duty.

- Even when there is a case, the doctors can't possibly spend THAT much time on it, considering there are 4 or 5 doctors, and what is shown in the episodes doesn't require an entire week of work.

- I have no problem with this. It's nice to know that some really smart doctors can find a job like this, where they don't have to work non-stop everyday at full capacity.

The opening scenes of every episode are quite funny.

We are shown a person having all the symptoms of some disease, then at the last moment, some frog has a heart attack, and now we know that it's the main character. 😂😂😂

Eugene Schwartz is the best character arc and the best acted character in the show.

Just finished season 8 and... THey seem to be obsessed with thyroids! Every single episode its either the diagonsis, an idea, a mistaken idea or in some way relevant.. obviously not as relevent before James' diagnosis but yk

I don't know. Its like my 6th or so time watching and for some reason when he walked away it hit me hard this time.

House MD, has been my No. 1 favourite for many years now, I've rewatched many episodes many times, and as a Neuro Student, I've even tried to perform D/Dx with the team each and every House added a Symptom to the White Board (even though I've been wrong many times, I still try 🙂).

Coming to Season 8, I've always tried not to complete the series soon, as I feel like there's no other medical show like this. But now, I just completed Ep 21, and I've to say, it is the most saddest Ep of the whole show: The friendship between them is something I've always envied, and in that Car scene after the dinner where Wilson crashes out at House for not allowing him to die like he wants but rather House still manipulates him to try out the chemo again... The only time, House also tears up, I started wailing like a baby 😭.

Now I'm thinking if I should watch the remaining two eps or just leave it here 🥲

Apenas llegué a la 5ta temporada y no puede ser, siempre que estoy viendo los capítulos me da por meterme a las biografías de los personajes y por accidente me encuentro la muerte de ellos, por ejemplo de Amber, ya sabía que iba a morir y se me olvidó completamente en el penúltimo episodio de la cuarta temporada, luego estaba buscando sombre Kurtner y ahora que también se suicida 😭, y luego también ya había buscado sobre 13, y dio positivo a Huntintong, o como se escriba, luego el último episodio el nombre me da mala espina, ese si no lo quiero saber. Supongo que Chase y Cameron volverán con house, digo no creo que contraté a más gente, Ahhh y Taub, supongo que lo despedirán.
