Sushi

I will be giving birth within the next couple of days/weeks and all I want after the end of this pregnancy is for my husband to bring sushi to me at the hospital afterwards. Any recommendations?

First of all congrats!

I think Shimogamo is the highest quality nearby!
Sushi Friend is highly recommended as well but that’s over in Phx.

Shimogamo is definitely the best in the area. Probably one of the best in AZ as well.

It seems to be a pretty common sentiment that the original location in Chandler is a bit better as a heads up. I’m sure they’re both very good tho

Temari is under new ownership. The whole place has been renovated, so it lost its charm. Worst part is, prices have increased and the quality has decreased 😭 If you liked Temari, I recommend Mikado Sushi. They even have toro, which was the one thing that Temari was missing.

Shimogamo is a great option.

We also enjoy yama sushi house in Chandler.

Second for Yama Sushi! Obviously Shimo is the absolute best, but Yama is extremely high quality for reasonable price :)
