Am I the only one who remembers when mopeds needed a license?

Your kids scare the crap out of me on these bikes... Back in my day we needed a license to operate a moped

Mopeds are street legal. Ebikes are bike lane legal but the propensity and speed make them a risk. What about insurance?

Respectfully, what year was this? I am in my 40s and grew up here and don’t remember this being a thing.

Well I didn't grow up here, and Arizona has always been a weird duck so I'm not surprised about the lack of moped license...

That being said, darwinism is the best teacher

Edit: Arizona DOES require a driver's license for a moped.

E bikes aren't technically mopeds in most cases, but they're damn close

Typically you need a driver's license, just not a motorcycle license.
