Discussion Is there a chance that VW will bring the new Atlas to Europe?

Unfortunately, the Touareg is being phased out. However, the Atlas could fill the void left behind, especially with 2.0-liter petrol and 2.0-liter PHEV engines. It would be competitive, and people would actually buy it.

In my opinion, it’s not a great direction for VW to "degrade" the brand like this.

How is VW degrading the brand? Whatever European buyers are looking for it isn’t the Atlas. Nor the Touareg.

There is a problem with family cars that can handle 3x Isofix, they are almost not existent in Europe. And if you have more kids it's even worse. 7person family can either buy imported us car, old van or luxury SUV ...

It’s not because we like cramped cars OR expensive cars. No place for cheap, big car.
