Food places near campus
My cousin is graduating high school in a few weeks and will be attending Binghamton in the fall. For grad I want to get them some gift cards for local food places near campus. I’ve never been to the area and looking for suggestions.

Chipotle, KFC, Wendy's, Subway, Jimmy Johns. Jersey Mikes, Applebee's, McDonald's, Burger King, are all on the parkway. Walmart, Weiss Aldis and Wegmans are localish grocery stores. Starbucks, dunkin are good if they like coffee places.
My actual advice is to give them a visa prepaid card that they can use anywhere and have more freedom. Also there are lots of local little shops, stores and restaurants ie boba tea, korean bbq, sushi and Chinese places that only take cash. You never know what new and exciting place will open up.

Dave's Hot Chicken is a good choice and close to campus.
We have a new all you can eat korean bbq/hotpot place but not sure if they offer gift cards.
Wegmans is a good option. Can use it for groceries or subs.
Tullys is another good one. Great tenders.

Get them a card for Dos Rios or Lost Dog Cafe if you want them to feel like an actual adult, but honestly they will end up using a card for Chipotle or Moghul more often since those are right by the bus stops.

Los Tapatios is good if you like Mexican, Red Chili or We Tea if you like Asian. Five Guys, Chipotle, and Jersey Mike’s are some nearby chain restaurants.
