1200 euros in Beograd

I have an apartment in Beograd and have been offered a job paying 1200 euros. I do not pay any utilities. Is this enough to have a good comfortable life in Beograd?

ED: I will not have to pay for apartment nor utilities.

Serbia ≠ Belgrade.

This is the main misconception. 1,200 is just fine salary in Belgrade.

This is not great, nor it is enough for comfortable life in Belgrade, as OP inquires. Say, you cannot ride a taxi every day, go to the restaurant on a weekly basis. You have to be savy. Of course, this is far from poor salary, also.

If he doesn't pay rent this salary is great

I don't see it as great.

For me personely, I considered to have a great salary once I stopped tracking shopping groceries, using taxi, going to restaurants etc. Hence, I dont considered 1200 great salary.

Again, its good salary, just to be clear.

How much are you making? I still track all of those even on $10k+

Me too, I mean my opinion is that you should track your spendings no matter how much you make. Not obsessively but you should. Also for me ordering a taxi every day, ordering wolt/glovo every day etc is a waste of money, no matter how much you make. Basically, that's a luxury. I don't like wasting money, I prefer to spend it on something nice, and the right habits help with that. You can spend on some luxuries occasionally, but not every day and if you don't pay attention, with such behavior even a 20k salary is not enough.
