Anyone else who remember Aja and Cristen Metoyer from season 6. Apparently their other sister Melissa was also supposed to appear on the season, but her scenes were cut off.

They all had the same father with different mothers.

I feel their storyline was pretty dark, especially because they had true animosity towards each other. I used to follow them on Instagram when they appeared on the show. Aja and Melissa were pretty vile about Cristin back then. They publicly disowned her( Aja claimed that her father didn't want to speak with Cristin anymore) .They would also post all kind of photos of Cristen with her face covered , and speak shit on her.

I went back to their Instagram profiles, and they still don't follow Cristen. Her others siblings does not either.

i’m watching season 3 & i mean damn. she fine af. idgaf about that black eye. she got a nice shape, cute accent & a pretty face 😂😂 say whatever you wanna say about sundy but she cute as hell to me & i really enjoy looking at her. that’s it that’s all.

watching season 2 & i was watching the episodes when her daughters visited her in seattle. jackie was so clueless to what her daughters were saying and how she was betrayed as a mother. she really thinks being a good mother is putting clothes in the closet and a roof over their heads? mothers like her never understand that children need emotional connection also. who is jackie to tell ANYBODY that they need to get on a treadmill bc they’re fat? especially her daughters. she says that her child’s insecurities are not her fault. a POS. jackie is a narcissist clearly, but then we get into laura stupid ass.

laura, we get it. jackie betrayed you last szn. ok. why doesn’t she move on? why was she playing this petty game with jackie, talking to her kids, and faking in her face as her friend? jackie would have every right to pop laura in her face. even her sister gloria. laura doesn’t think anything is wrong with her (jackie doesn’t also). an ugly bully inside and out. she’s not cute at all. i do not like stuff like that. her and gloria are conniving and please they’re the colorists too! so please don’t act like jackie is the only one. these girls are so wack and they don’t stand on nothingggggg. like if you’re gonna bully jackie, stand on it and admit to it to her face. let her know you don’t like her. wack bullies. gonna continue to finish the show tho :)

What I fail to comprehend is the rumor circulating about Jennifer and Tami having a conversation about Evelyn sleeping with Shaq during season 7. The timeline becomes confusing because in season 5, we briefly see Jennifer at a party hosted by Malaysia before the girls traveled to Portugal. Additionally, Evelyn made a brief appearance in season 4 when Shaunie revealed that Draya was the ringleader of deceit and was picking at Meghan, but I digress. Then, season 6 arrives, and it’s Tami versus Evelyn, but they start to be cordial. However, from what Evelyn said, “You knew a year ago,” which would have been season 6, why didn’t Jennifer or Tami mention it to Shaunie?

Furthermore, season 8, which I consider one of the best seasons, excluding ToeG, sees Jennifer blaming her grief on the passing of her mother.

What I don’t get and didn’t like is the fact that Tami was blamed for the entire thing when Jennifer couldn’t provide receipts to what she said. The text messages were around May 27 but Jennifer’s stop a day before. She was unprepared with her receipts. Jennifer couldn’t even admit to her part in it but season 8 was when Jennifer gets the heat for BS she couldn’t remember what she said.

And another thing let’s back up if Jackie said “ why if I listen to the shit they say when they call your daughter a build a whore” to which was revealed Jackie got it from Jennifer. So Jennifer was saying a lot of things behind the scenes but was very forgetful when confronted.

i finished the first szn of the reunion and i enjoyed it so much. just wanna preference this by saying that i come from the housewives/bravo world, so it’s hard not to compare it to there reunions! 😭 but this reunion was entertaining, everybody looked good, the crowd participation is also what made this reunion so good 😂😂 like i kinda miss hearing/seeing that.

i never understood the jackie christie appeal until i watched this reunion. i was gonna make a post talking about how annoying she is 💀 but i’m glad i didn’t. jackie RAN this reunion. she took control of the crowd, told john to do his job, & wrapped gloria tf up & GOOD for her. i cannot stand gloria!! she was so damn funny. i love how even when she got read, she would laugh at it. i kinda get the appeal lol, but i don’t wanna speak too soon. sidebar, malaysia looked so beautiful that reunion as well. i just love the 2011/2012 fashions of it all!

i enjoy watching john salley hosts the reunion he does a damn good job. he’s very engaging, funny, & hold the ladies accountable. quiet as kept, he does it better than andy cohen lowkey 💀

all in all, i loved this season and this reunion just made it so much better. can’t wait to see what’s more to come!

This Facebook page (Geo Kabaddi for those who want to watch) has reposted the entire Miami series and the season 6-8 of the conjoined group…and it has me rethinking The whole Scott Family debacle from seasons 7 and 8.

1. Kristen caused the division on the show, period. Even if we were to believe Kristen that the issues started before filming or during the non filming times..Kristen, Thomas, nor Londyn (Byron’s daughter) ever gave any proof proving Cece caused any significant issues within the family.
   1a. I want to add that OG inserting herself into the Scott family drama is an added layer. I also think Cece wasn’t being malicious when telling OG things..I think she confided in OG as a close friend, and OG used her own free will to pull Kristen down a few pegs.

2. Cece’s only fault was being non confrontational and not straight forward in nearly all the conversations and “sit downs” she had with Kristen and Malaysia.
   2a. Although I think Kristen was hell bent on not understanding Cece, I think Cece has never fully explained her opinion/position, she always just got up and walked away.

3. Byrons kids are full of shit. They blamed Cece for their real problems with Byron. Londyns only explanation for not liking Cece was that Cece didn’t ask her how she felt after getting a divorce. Girl LMAO!
   3a. Thomas never even gave a valid reason for not liking Cece either other than Byron “changing” after meeting Cece. Negro you are 30 or 40 years old, go raise your family instead of worrying about yo daddy!

4. Final point…although I, to a certain extent, understood Kristen/Thomas issue with Byron not visiting their daughter - I also agreed with Cece saying it’s not her place to force Byron to do that..all she can do is encourage Byron to call,visit, etc.
   4a. It was honestly insane watching Kristen and co doing literal gymnastics to vilify Cece instead of putting the onus on Byron. Byron was on camera saying why he is mad at Kristen and that he doesn’t want a relationship even if she did apologize..and somehow it’s still Cece’s fault!!

that season was so lack luster. i am so proud of kenya for beating suzie up and leaving her leaking BUT, it should’ve been for evelyn & tami. sorry. here are my thoughts:

kudos to evelyn for leaving an abusive relationship and never looking back. this is the first season i liked her in lol. don’t really have much to say. i was hoping for change but we all know that’s not what happens.

tami is still an instigator and a bully. tami is still wack to me. what really pissed me off was when they were in London, & her daughter jazz gets robbed. instead of having sympathy for her and being there (considering that she was robbed before & assaulted), she wants to place blame on her daughter and says that she is getting cursed out when she gets home from London. tami is such a hood rat and she needs to learn how to regulate herself. tami instigated through and through between Tasha and suzie. Telling suzie to ask her questions about Tasha’s husbands infidelity. she always wanna punk somebody. i wish she would’ve got her beatings.

suzie is such a lame, follow the leader type of woman. like tasha said, she follows behind anyone to make herself look good. glad she got beat up by kenya. the bully getting beat up, FINALLY

Tasha was a snooze fest at times, but she wasn’t scared of nobody which i respect.

this season was a bore. after that catastrophe of a season before this one, and the constant complaints from fans, i see why they got rid of the miami girls and started showing more of the la girls. the miami girls are tiredddddd. they all have arrested development it seems lol. i never watch basketball wives la so i’m looking forward to start that. see you in the next one!

im a first time watcher on season 3, episode 7.

im at the part where Evelyn confronts Jennifer about her radio interview. Jennifer is acting dumb as HELL. mind you, i really don't care for Evelyn and Jennifer was always roped into that because Evelyn can't shit without Jennifer wiping her behind. but for them to be best friends, and Jennifer can't see what she said that was wrong is CRAZYY.

i believe Jennifer has some type of jealousy going on because Evelyn fell in love as she was falling out of it. like girl of course you are wrong to say your best friend's fiance is a media whore, even if its true, you don't slander anything about your bestie's life for the public when you know she's happy.

granted, years later Ocho would prove Jennifer to be right to not support their relationship, but this aint about that because her concern wasn't coming from that place, its straight jealousy to me.

the treatment of kesha & kenya are so weird. granted, kenya was a weirdo & very much a liar (if you watch housewives, she reminds me of mary cosby from rhoslc) very wacky but damn that doesn’t warrant people trying to bully her and throw bottles at her head. evelyn mad over some words? girl grow up!! she called you loose, girl use your words instead of your hands like she is such a hood rat 🤣😭 then the constant calling kenya “cookoo” & “crazy” is absurd considering how she lost her mind after being called loose. i can’t stand evelyn.

i don’t like tami anymore after the whole meeka treatment & this season she just got worse. she automatically didn’t like kesha & kenya from jump street & she found a perfect moment to be a bully to Kesha. she lame as hell for that & i see why shaunie got tired of her ass. tryna fit in with the “popular crew” she’s too old to be tryna son people her & Evelyn.

the whole situation with evelyn & jennifer is dumb. granted jennifer should’ve not allowed her publicist to write on her blogs disguising as her (or lied about blogging about evelyn whatever) but ev is such a weak person for constantly going at jen knowing she’s not a fighter. got liquid courage at shaunie’s party to bop Jen & only did it with her head turned. she’s wack and weak.

as you can see i am INVESTED! i do love it more than i did when i was a teenager. i just can’t wait to see the bullies finally be handled you know? bc i know it’s coming lol. i think the past seasons are very good. they show a very good glimpse in how mean women can be towards each other when intimidated 🤷🏽‍♀️ love it.

i just finished watching season one because I needed something else to binge on. plus the news about basketball wives being canceled & the dwight howard/royce reed/amy luciani situation made me wanna take a revisit. there’s so many things I didn’t remember watching and some things i did. i enjoyed the first season and totally understand why it became a hit. like damn i was 12 when this shit first came out and now I’m 28. i have a whole new perspective now. in a way, basketball wives was my first intro to womanhood and how woman handle each other in conflict. so here is my opinion about the show.

royce: instantly loved her and grew fond of her! she is so cute. she came off a little judgmental at times as well (considering what we know now yuck) but she was fiery and honest. i loved how she automatically thought to fight gloria after talking about her 😂 loved how she handled gloria the whole way through.

gloria: i don’t like her. she was like a younger version of evelyn if evelyn was actually married to a bball player. she thought she was so much better than the ladies & that “it’ll never be me” mentality will bite you in the ass bc it always do. gotta feeling she thought she was the shit bc she light skin with curly hair & she had a young player. she was so sure of matt barnes too. she was a young fool.

suzie: a try hard and a flip flopper. i hate how she threw royce under the bus telling her about gloria talking about her & then two weeks later tryna force royce to make up with her. she’s spineless she’ll do anything to fit in.

jennifer: i REALLY like jen so far. i know eventually she’ll leave eric, but i can’t wait 😂🙄 ugh he’s so ugly. i felt sorry for her and being stuck choosing herself and the lifestyle. she’s funny and i like her shade at times. she’s not as overtly mean as evelyn. she a little follower. i still like her. it’s gonna hurt me when i change my opinion on her soon 😂

evelyn: a tight face mean girl. had no reason for disliking royce & wanted to humble her instantly. sucks that she got cyber stalked but hey, she’s a mean old tight face lady. she probably deserved it.

shaunie: she’s just there. i don’t get it bc she should’ve stayed behind the camera. whatever. she seems like she is genuinely not friends with these ladies. she just wants to know their tea and make a show out of their tea.

can’t wait to finish this show. i know i gotta long waaaaays to go but i can’t wait to start making more posts on Reddit & being addicted like i was when i was 12 lol.

So, I’m curious what other people on here think of her, I’m on season 4 right now, and her and Nia just went at it. Nia came outta nowhere it feels like — where was she in prior seasons? Did she become Evelyn’s assistant in season 4? Seems like her and Jen do know each other. We only know what they say on the show, which is a tiny part of the story I’m sure… we know she’s boujee but there’s nothing wrong with that unless you genuinely look down on people who aren’t or who don’t have money. Honestly I can’t tell if she’s like that or not, I don’t actually know her (and this was also 10+ years ago lol)

I will say though, when her ex threw the drink AND glass in her face… HELL no. No excuse for that behavior. Like yeah she tossed one “first” but it was in his direction. He literally pushed it in her face. So happy she left that weird dude… definitely did not deserve her. But, why didn’t she file against him so quick like she did with Nia? She should’ve, not “dealing with it in a different manner”…

Lastly, since I’m almost done with season 4, is this when I should switch over to Basketball Wives LA to stay chronological? Or should I have done it before season 4 lol

So I’m a ftw on Season 2 Episode 9 of LA, and I have gotten to the part of family therapy with Jackie and her daughters. And I just had to stop to share my thoughts.

First I think Jackie suffers from the delusion a lot of older black parents have, that physically providing for your children constitutes you as a “good” parent. Like yes being able to financially provide the basics and more for your children is fantastic but it does not constitute the entirety of parenting. Her daughters and her both admit that her mother took on the emotional aspect of it so I’m lost on what Jackie isn’t getting. They want her emotionally and she closes that part off to them. She is very defensive and expects love and admiration from them just because she birthed them and doesn’t want to hear them out or take responsibility. It’s sad to be honest.

So I’m going back and just watching interviews from this last season of basketball wives. And Evelyn makes me sick. Now we all saw what happened. Some of the cast members have acknowledged the whole Chantel situation and they talked about how she had them all fooled. And the fact that Evelyn is still team Chantel, after seeing the footage and how everything played out says a lot about Evelyn. She knows that Chantel lied, and is still trying to find a way to force Jackie to be the villain. Even down to the whole story that Chantel told about not wanting to talk about her court case with her daughter’s father on the show, and she said that Jackie just randomly started talking about it. But if you go back and watch the show, Chantel is the one who originally brought it up. So once she brought up that topic, Jackie assumed that it was OK to continue the conversation and then, of course, when Jackie continued the conversation, Chantel gets mad.

First season into LA and what I can say is that Jackie is batshit crazy. But honestly I think I like it 😭. From the few clips of Doug I’ve seen he is definitely the Ying to her Yang. That lady is delusional in the purest form of the word, sensitive and stand offish all in one. It is so much so fast, but I appreciate people who are authentically themselves no matter what

So I have gotten through the first 5 seasons of the original series. Was surprised there was no reunion but google told me its because Evelyn pulled out. I was not watching or paying attention when it aired so I have no idea about the drama surrounding that. Now that I have started Season 6 I feel like I am missing something. There are new cast members that weren’t here last season (Jackie & Malaysia), the production value changed, Evelyn and tami beefed out. So basically my question is should I go watch Orlando and LA before continuing on from Season 6? And if not when should I start watching the spin offs in order to keep things chronologically ig?
