Team focused servers?

Any pvp servers that have more emphasis on team cohesion/communication? Tired of the rambo play style of literally every server. Haven't played arma in months because of it. Too lazy to make my own server but maybe one day ill get so pissed off I will. I thought arma was a milsim.

So I've played a ton of different modded servers. They all have the "random coms on platoon 24/7" people but one server I keep going back to is BTGG. There is a huge amount of people who want to play the game with good coms and teamwork. I rarely hear people talking about random stuff. Every time I've got on since the 1.7 update people are always calling out armor or requesting backup at specific points. Or people will ask where they need to take supplies. Again you get the occasional off topic chat going but most really want to play the game with good coms and teamwork. I played the BFA side so idk if the other team is different.

100% best server I have played always get group of people who want to work together.
