Team focused servers?

Any pvp servers that have more emphasis on team cohesion/communication? Tired of the rambo play style of literally every server. Haven't played arma in months because of it. Too lazy to make my own server but maybe one day ill get so pissed off I will. I thought arma was a milsim.

Keep an eye out for Spearhead UHC NA5's return. That's the best server for teamwork I've found.

The SH devs are also planning to make that server even more realistic and teamwork-focused (basically UHC+) adding a role-based loadout system, various squad types (assault, defense, recon, etc.), SL-platoon channel, and more.

Most of this stuff has been in the works for some months, so hopefully we'll see them released soon, once the issues with 1.7 have been ironed out.
