Team focused servers?

Any pvp servers that have more emphasis on team cohesion/communication? Tired of the rambo play style of literally every server. Haven't played arma in months because of it. Too lazy to make my own server but maybe one day ill get so pissed off I will. I thought arma was a milsim.

Try spear-head hardcore servers.

Everytime I tried playing spearhead there were mosyly russian speaking dudes who refuse to speak english. On ukraine's side too.

I join a Ukrainian russia server and nobody spoke English I was just running around having no idea what anybody was doing

You have to play on Ukraine or you will only play with Russians. In ua people speak English and it is a much better experience, but there is a steep learning curve so give it some time and don't be afraid to ask for help.

I played on ukraine’s side too, and it was really hard to find someone who speaks english. Maybe I should play at different times.
