I have a question

I bought a refrigerator from Costco.com using affirm. The refrigerator is defective and the repairman said it was in them and that I’m able to get a new one. I got an email from Costco saying that the are going to return my money to the credit card I used. Does anybody know how I will get refunded?

it will go back to affirm as payments on the loan

The refrigerator is paid off and I was wondering in what form will I receive the refund

It will be refunded to affirm and then affirm will refund it to your bank that you used to make the payments to affirm.
