I have a question

I bought a refrigerator from Costco.com using affirm. The refrigerator is defective and the repairman said it was in them and that I’m able to get a new one. I got an email from Costco saying that the are going to return my money to the credit card I used. Does anybody know how I will get refunded?

It will be refunded to affirm and then affirm will refund it to your bank that you used to make the payments to affirm.

It will go back to affirm and then in return affirm will refund you minus any interest you paid.

It will go to affirm because you use affirm to pay for the refrigerator.

You used their money to make the purchase but paid them back in installments. They'll send it back to your account..

People answered this more than once! It will go back to AFFIRM AND THEN YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY AFTER!!!

They will send the refund to affirm. then if you have made any payments towards the loan, Affirm will refund you ,minus any interest paid, what you have paid already.

I haven't dealt with this before but I would think it would be sent to affirm but since you paid it off affirm might send it to you but it will take time

If you paid it off, it’ll go back to whatever card you used to pay Affirm with. I had a return of an item I made 3 payments into (nothing was wrong with it but I had to go to the store to get the tag off and customer service refunded the entire thing!) so what I had put into it went back to my debit card.

Try asking Affirm instead of Reddit. Hope this helps.
