Advice Wanted newborn keeps having leaks

pic for reference

with most diapers i’ve tried he keeps having leaks from the top when the rest of the diaper is dry. for reference, these are huggies snug and dry, but it’s with multiple different ones that worked for my first son.

for my baby shower i asked solely for rascals because those worked for my first son the best and now i have so many boxes that i cant use because they leak like this.

for reference the only diapers that didnt leak were luvs and parents choice surprisingly. all huggies brand do this and rascals/millie moon

Some diapers just didn’t work for my boy so we had to try a few until we found one that did work. Huggies was a constant disaster for us. Pampers worked best, second was luvs surprisingly.

Came to say. Pampers is a far superior diaper 🤣

All my friends who used Huggies struggled with diaper rash, so I chose pampers and never once had mine had a rash! Not once!

Ps. It's not like i changed every single pee either! I checked before every nap. Changed if it was soggy, but a one pee stayed on until after.

That’s crazy!! Pampers made me pull out my hair with leaks and blowouts! My son has been in Huggies for 4 months now and not a single leak, and only a blow out if it’s exceptionally massive and liquid-y while in the carrier!

I swear babies are crazy how different they are!
