Advice Wanted newborn keeps having leaks

with most diapers i’ve tried he keeps having leaks from the top when the rest of the diaper is dry. for reference, these are huggies snug and dry, but it’s with multiple different ones that worked for my first son.

for my baby shower i asked solely for rascals because those worked for my first son the best and now i have so many boxes that i cant use because they leak like this.

for reference the only diapers that didnt leak were luvs and parents choice surprisingly. all huggies brand do this and rascals/millie moon

Size up! Our son was peeing through all his diapers and we sized up and it solved the problem. He just had a lot of pee lol

Oh just realized you’re using snug and dry, try the other Huggies. Little snugglers has better absorption and leak containment. We could never keep our LO dry in snug and dry haha

Same here, the Snug and Dry were horrible for us. I dont like Little Movers either. Little Snugglers have been awesome! No leaks!

Mines the opposite. Little movers leak, looove snug and dry. I just have to make sure it’s on “right” like the side pieces are smoothed out completely and the leg ruffles are on the outside. Plus finding the proper ratio of how much diaper is in front VS how much is in back matters too actually
