something a little random I noticed while reading ZA5

So I'm about halfway through ZA5, and I've noticed that for some reason, in Tory's chapters, she refers to Lance as Lance, but Darcy still usually refers to him as Orion, unless it is in direct conversation or thoughts. Is there a reason for this, or am I just picking up on nothing?

Yes. There is one author for chapters of darcy, Seth, Orion and I think Xavier. They share Geraldine's. The other author does chapters for the pov of Tory, Darius, max and Cal. In early books, the mix is pretty seamless and you might notice there is much more time spent building bonds between the author's characters unless it's got both twins, but once there starts to be a lot of time mixing the two groups you'll be able to tell the differences of which author is writing. You'll see differences much more in the later books. I started noticing it a lot in book six.

Yeah i noticed a lot more inner yapping from Tory and I was like does the Author only want us to read about what Tory is feeling for 20 pages then I found out they write different povs

Haha that's true.

I think that in Tory's POV's Lance is referred to often as Lance because the one that interacts with him most for that author is Darius who knew him as Lance long before he ever a professor so the author just always writes Lance.

Yes because he was a teacher. So all the students called him Orion by his last name. Darcy's intimate with him so she calls him. Lance.

She means the other way. It’s weird that Tory always says Lance but Darcy usually refers to him as Orion when she is the one who is intimate with him
