New Wrestling coach

I'm a new wrestling coach with a long background coaching football and basketball

  1. What product is the best for film breakdown? Like with basketball and football in the past my teams used hudl. But I'd love a film app where i can record and create tags to use for teaching my wrestlers... and to keep stats. But not sure what the best video platform is for wrestling

  2. Does anyone have any sample practice plans? PDFs, clinic notes, or anything helps. Trying to get a good practice structure down

Strangely I cannot find good stuff on YouTube

No clue about film stuff, but as far as practice goes, what do you actually know about wrestling and roughly how did you set up your football/basketball practices?
