Question Dilema

Shall I train wrestling to amplify my jiu jitsu?

Long story short, I'm 32, 6'3 around 125kg . Without counting Kendo and Hema i started martial arts in 2018 with MMA, later found out the importance of grappling and how comfortable and satisfying it was to train it. Now I'm thinking if i can add wrestling to compliment it. I was between this and kickboxing but i wanted to avoid the headache of getting hit with big pillows 😄

Plus i love the explosive power and agility of wrestlers.

Well nothing really, it's just time and money are limited...

What exercises are you doing outside of it ? For example in CrossFit recently i focus on squats, rowing and farmer walk for the sake of these 2 sports.
