Have you used cannabis recently? Are you interested in taking part in a study exploring the relationship between mental health and the mind-body connection? 

We are looking for participants to take part in our new study ‘Mind meets Body’ The study explores ‘bodily self’ processes; and how these relate to substance use and unusual experiences.

The study consists of a lab session, conducted on the University of Sussex campus, in which you will complete a survey and three experimental tasks. During the three tasks your heart rate will be recorded with a pulse oximeter. One task uses a mixed-reality approach, meaning you will be wearing a head-mounted display (i.e. VR headset) for up to 40mins.  

The lab session will take up to 2 hours, and you will receive a £30 gift card as compensation for your participation. 

In addition, you can enter a prize draw for one of two £50 gift cards.

Bit of a pet peeve of mine, I have a rather bright yellow NO cold callers sign on my door, so I rarely get random people ringing the bell, but today I had one.

An Elijah, from E Smith Tree Care offering to cut my gardens, despite me saying a few times I already had a gardener.

Just irritating they ignore signs like that, especially when you work from home and they keep you at the door going on and on.

Can anyone recommend a neurodiverse friendly accountant please? I have dyscalculia and struggle so much with my tax returns, overall finances, investments etc etc. My current accountant has been amazing but she's not very tolerant of my fear of numbers or when I keep forgetting / get things wrong!! 🤣 Someone who's patient and understanding & won't roll their eyes or talk down to me would be great!!! Hi all, I live opposite Victoria Park & have been here since 2012.

I'm finally going to write to our local mp about the park and:
**the level of anti-social behaviour (esp. at midnight) that wakes you up / results in me often dialling 999

**the drug dealing - I see during day & night

**the assaults

**the lack of police presence

**the lack of lighting in the park which adds to the crime levels at 11pm/midnight

**and that flipping bench where a lot of the 1am parties take place / drug deals etc

I've got Ring doorbell and so often I get the police knocking & asking to see evidence & they told me "this is the worst park in Worthjng!!" Then on FB this morning the police posted that they are now looking for knives in the grass!!

Is anyone happy to back me / sign it too? Tell me your thoughts/experience 🙂

So I'm planning to move to Worthing in coming months. I'll be in need of storage unit to temporary store household stuff while I look for a property in Worthing, around 120sq ft up to 150sq ft unit, possibly for between 3 to 6 months. It can be within few minutes drive into Worthing. I've searched Google and have shortlisted few.
