Whose Line can't be found anywhere other than YouTube.

Is there a reason that this classic show in episode form has been taken off of all streaming platforms? It's even more ridiculous that you can't even buy physical copies on Amazon other than the UK version or some "uncensored" versions.

I've downloaded episodes via the link provided above in the comments, and run them on a Plex server. Sort of like streaming.

Because the show was/is owned by Warner Bros. which has a notoriously bad reputation about releasing any of their TV properties on DVD or any other officially licensed home video format.

Both versions are on Roku here in the UK, you could always use a VPN if they're not there in your region
