আলোচনা | Discussion Some suggestions for WB govt.
- Govt should rethink/reconsider the Annapurna scheme, the taxpayers money shouldn't go to the undeserved.
a. Rather they can introduce interest free loans to women
b. 50% fee reduction in schools and colleges for girls
c. occupation centres which will help women to learn how to run small businesses, traditional arts, learn and capitalise sewing etc for free
WB has Haldia port, Durgapur, Asansol, Tajpur etc(Cm Suvendhu should visit each and every location personally, this will bring the media attention and possibly the rate of investment will increase)
Recently Dilip Ghose had announced bout Kharagpur Airport, imo waste of money. They should think of a RRTS connecting Mednipur to Howrah and increase the capacity of cordlines.
Govt should buy E-Buses and replace them with ancient ones as fast as they can.
Govt should reject the promise of Yuva Saathi, this scheme is more of a curse. Some portions of students(college) and unemployed are already making plan of buying drinkable liquids out of those money. Rather they should allocate the scheme money to dead industries in the state
I want to see the progression of my state, not the processions by the incompetent opposition.

All's good until u understand that any kinda govt strongly depends upon women vote [rather, let it be called Women Manipulation vote] and heavy freebee dependency.
It has no relation with supporting or opposing BJP [or any other govt, cause pan india, typically same schema is running since a long ago by appx all rulling parties].
So even if they dissolve other freebee schemes, highly unlikely that any women related major scheme[s] with majority diverse coverage and empowerment [??!!] directive will ever be considered !!

One thing I'd add: Bengal also needs more support for people building businesses from here.
Not sure about government policies, but some of us have actually left Bengaluru and moved back to Bengal to build startups locally. We're currently building SellerFlo, an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant for eCommerce sellers, right here from Bengal. Would love support from this group on our LinkedIn page: SellerFlo
More founders, more startups, and more local jobs can have a bigger long-term impact than any single scheme. ❤️
