Weight loss
Hi guys!
I’m struggling so much with losing weight with the baby. I know it’s my diet but I find overhauling my diet to be really overwhelming right now.
Do you guys have any small changes I could make to start things off?

I'm the same as you, especially while breastfeeding, I find counting calories to be overwhelming and honestly just impossible. What worked for me was to focus on 3 things: water, protein, fiber. I made those things easy for myself, found a water bottle I loved using, prepped protein for the week, stocked up on cottage cheese, protein bars, high fiber wraps, precut salad mixes, things I knew I could turn to easily to make the healthy choice.
I also focus on intuitive eating, really paying attention to my hunger cues and eating when I'm truly hungry.
And it's working! It's been slow, only about 2 lbs per month, but I'm gradually getting there without counting calories.
