How do I keep loosing weight when facing some life challenges?

You guys i need some support.. yesterday i had a mole removed from my abdomen and got some stitches. The doctor said i shouldn’t work out for two weeks. Im just afraid I’ll loose my progress. I’m 5 kg (11 lbs) down still 10kg to go… I’ve been doing do well past 2 months. Do you have any advice for me how to stay on track? I’m still in caloric deficit but i cant lower it any further because then i will have no energy left to take care of my baby daughter.

Maybe not what you want to hear but I'd just listen to your doctor and take it easy. 2 weeks isn't going to derail you! There's a lot for your body to do with taking care of a baby and healing from birth/being pregnant and the mole removal stitches etc. Life happens! Sneak some extra sleep where you can. See if you can add vitamins and minerals to your meals and snacks. Take it easy. Rest and recovery/managing stress is a big part of weight loss too!

Did the Dr. caution you against walking? I’d just do a 45 minute brisk walk everyday (or multiple shorter walks). You’ll burn calories and continue to tone your legs.
