TRAMORE RACES

Attended Tramore Races this evening to see a number of groups acosted by the course’s General Manager regarding tickets. He swore at one group, which was incredibly unprofessional. And even asked another ‘Are you the biological parent?’ which banged of incredibly inappropriate behaviour regardless of what policies they were trying to implement. His aggression was definitely reflected in the staff who appeared tense in what was one of the dullest evenings at the course in some time. Has done a brilliant job with the course, but his approach to customer service was below par this evening. Plenty of under 18s on course without adult supervision seemed to show a double standard compared to other groups.

Accosted 🤣😂 Ya mean there were pulled for taking the pish! The complete bazaar thing about the racecourse in Tramore you have jam cars packed leaving with young people who can’t even walk….driving home, and they all are during big bastard cars.
