Men’s hub

Has anyone attended Menshub? I’ve got a meeting there tomorrow to discuss a six week program. No mention of cost at this point, what can expect ??

Went a few years back, don't remember the exact cost but I think it was around £300 for the 6 week programme.

It's a combination of diet plan and group exercise classes. The classes were good and they're a good group down there, but I found the diet side a bit full on and they do try the hard sell with protein powder and such.

Not too sure about price but I can tell you:

My dad attends there and he loves it, it isn't cheap, however for what its done for my dad is amazing. He's always struggled with consistency when going to the gym but the class system really helps him.

The trainers are very knowledgeable, and will help you with nutrition as well. If there are certain exercises you cant do because of injury they always facilitate that and find you something else to do.

It's also good socially too, they do stuff outside of the gym once a month. I think recently they did the born survivor obstical course. They went on a night out in Stockton heath, they've been up snowden, been around delemere forest.

Why not ask them (the actual people who will know)?

What a novel idea, why didn’t I think of that?? They don’t tell you, it is a “tailored” price that they’ll discuss with me tomorrow, not even a ball park was given.

It’s a national thing, just googled it, it’s between 400 & 600 quid for the 6 week program 🤪

Cheaper to just get a PT. Sounds like a massive scam when I searched them

Agreed. I pay £360 a year for my local gym membership, which includes a weights room, cardio equipment, fitness classes (which i never use, but the option is there), and a pool/jacuzzi/sauna/steam room area. Even if it wasnt a scam, £600 for 6 weeks is a joke.

You can go multiple gyms for even cheaper than that I’ve found. Is you want hard labour i enjoy at 2 quid entry. But even if you go any gym then you slap a 20/25/30 an hour PT on there. Go with them 5 times a week a you’re at this dudes price. Which is insane

You could join us at Bodysculpt if you wanted. https://www.bodysculptwarrington.com/

I'm not one of the trainers...
