Any advice on selling tickets?
My partner bought two tickets, but the line-up has turned out not strong enough to make the trip from UK worth it. She has put them on the official resale, but as it's not sold out that's going to be difficult. I've seen a few posts here talking about discount resale tickets, but giving discount on our tickets doesn't seem to be an option. Are we missing something out is there an alternative?

The tickets are transferred by logging into your account and paying a fee to rename and transfer them. €20 each I believe.

This might be the best option to at least get a bit of money back, thanks! I'll post a discounted price on the Facebook groups and hope people don't think I'm a scammer haha

If you don't like the line-up, you can always just camp and spend your days at the public swimming pool or the Wacken brewery...
I think you'll only be able to sell at a loss... There are still tickets available... It used to be that you could transfer tickets by finding a new buyer yourself and entering their email on Wacken Ticketcentre as if you had bought the ticket for them. There used to be a button... rather self-explanatory once you know where to look. I can't verify since I don't have one, though.
Also, no idea on the legality of that... Just saying...

Thank you, might not have minded doing that if didn't have to drive from UK, but I'll look into the ticket centre, thanks again!

My wife and I are hoping to attend this year but the travel costs are too great.
Where in the UK are you? If you're able to drive to Wacken then we might be able to help share some of the costs.
DM me if that could be helpful

That's just how it works. You're trying to sell something that isn't scarce. Either sell it at a discount, or you probably won't sell it at all
