It depends on what type you have - there a different treatments for each cause of vulvodynia. Vulvodynia as a term is not descriptive of what the actual cause is - it is a generalized diagnosis. You need to find your root cause which could be skin, hormones, muscles, nerves or some combination of them. I would start with looking at the Vulvodynia algorithm https://www.isswsh.org/resources/publications/439-persistent-vulvar-pain-diagnostic-and-treatment-algorithm

I’m sorry to hear that. If you’ve tried it and don’t feel like it helped I don’t want to push it, but I will say it has taken me over a year of pelvic floor PT to get to a place where I feel over 90% better and the most important factor was/is internal massage for me. Just in case you didn’t give it long enough to help

It's unfortunately more complicated than that- there is no magic bullet that works on all types of vulvodynia because "vulvodynia" is an umbrella term that covers many different conditions with the same symptoms. Many people find this algorithm helpful when working with a doctor to determine which treatments might be most effective: https://www.isswsh.org/resources/publications/439-persistent-vulvar-pain-diagnostic-and-treatment-algorithm
You've mentioned that you have some pelvic floor dysfunction- you should probably look into pelvic floor PT with your doctor as a potential treatment option.
