Panel automatically opening randomly

Sometimes when i browse the web, like i just scroll on reddit or whatever website the left panel decides to suddenly open without me clicking on anything. I made sure that everything related to the panel is disabled and it still happens. Is this a bug or did i miss something? How would i prevent that from happening? I always have to close it again.
