Vertical tab bar layout bug / Interface shifting downwards

Hi,

For the past few days, I've been experiencing an extremely annoying display issue with Vivaldi. The bottom of my tab bar stretches downwards as if the interface were upscaling. As a result, the bottom of the tab bar is cut off, which looks broken and messy.

If I resize the Vivaldi window and maximize it again, the layout resets and goes back to normal, but the bug reappears just a few minutes later.

I used to use a custom CSS theme called "Vivalarc", but a recent Vivaldi update seems to have disabled custom CSS anyway, so that is not the cause. I'm really struggling to understand how to fix this issue.
